Refurbishment

We have an excellent team here at FinalFix Ltd with highly competent, trained tradesmen who excel at their own individual responsibilities. We cover all building aspects including plumbing, electrics, gaswork & boiler installations, plastering, carpentry, painting/decorating and tiling. All of these skills are carried out to the highest standard and in conjunction with governing regulations.

Fascia and roof repairs in Didsbury

Finalfix joiners carrying out repairs to the fascia boards and roof on a commercial premises in Didsbury. Following our initial survey of the building it was found that several areas of the roof line were in poor condition and in need of repair. Due to access issues at the site, and for health and safety reasons we hired a cherry picker for the work. Use of the cherry picker can often reduce costs by enabling the contractors to carry out the repairs more efficiently than they could off ladders.

This new staircase really finished this new build to a high standard, here are pictures of the joinery FinalFix carried out on a new build property in Cheshire this week. John One of our senior joiners along with his two apprentice joiners have completed the first fix, second fix and FinalFix Joinery throughout this Three Storied house. Including work on stud walls, stairs, handrails, doors and door casings, kitchen, floor joists, roof, skirting boards and architraves.

As always the finish is to an extremely high standard conforming to UK building regulations and is to be checked and passed by the NHBC ( National Housing Building Council ).
