Single storey rear extension with Zinc roof in Chorlton Manchester.

The Finalfix team have been busy in Chorlton Manchester creating this beautiful rear Zinc roofed extension to a client’s home.

  • Open plan layout
  • Fitted utility room
  • Downstairs toilet
  • Warm Zinc roof
  • Automated roof windows
  • Aluminium Bifolds
  • New A rated boiler
  • New kitchen with Quartz
  • Integral appliances

Here’s the feedback from the 5 star Google review – FinalFix have recently completed a single-storey extension with considerable amounts of internal work needed. I work from home so had concerns before the project started that I might have to project manage and coordinate tradespeople alongside my busy working schedule but having Ben on site daily to manage and coordinate has made it such an easy project to work alongside. Everyone at Finalfix we worked with from Ben, to each different trade, to the people in the office have been professional, communicative and the overall quality of the work has been brilliant. I have already recommended Finalfix to others and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in future for anyone with a big building project

Poynton Cheshire House Refurbishment

Please see pictures from a recent property Refurbishment and development project in Poynton Cheshire. Three rooms were knocked into one creating a large kitchen/ dining room. The floor was excavated to install underfloor heating and then a new screed floor was installed. The ceiling was a suspended metal ceiling allowing space for insulation and spotlights. The room was then re-plumbed, wired, plastered, new doors, skirting boards and architraves were installed and the area was fully redecorated.
The kitchen was installed and the floor was finished in vinyl floor coverings to create a very high-end finish.
