- In January and Feb we have been busy on a home refurbishment in Sale Manchester, we have knocked through the kitchen, dining room and utility and installed large steels to create a large open plan space. we then created Two large openings in the external walls and installed Two sets of Aluminium bi-folding doors into the garden. We also rewired, re plumbed and replastered the whole area and installed a new fitted kitchen and downstairs WC cloaks.
- We have kicked off the extension of a family home in Denton Manchester early February, we will be creating a single-storied rear extension and a double storied side extension. This will create a large open plan kitchen diner and will add a bedroom with Ensuite bathroom.
- The Two new build houses in Warrington are now nearing completion and we anticipate we can hand the homes over at the end of March.
- The Finalfix team have recently started work on a high end bespoke development of 10 flats and 9 New build houses in Didsbury, South Manchester.
- Project management, Finalfix now includes dedicated project management free of charge with all our jobs. Our full time in house, project manager, Lynne Shoesmith is on hand at all times to support all areas of the project from start to finish. Some benefits of full project management area as follows. Preperation, the project manager will create a bespoke build programme and payment schedule to give the customer clarity on how the process will run from day one on site. Once the work is underway the project manager works closely with everyone involved in the process, such as, Finalfix office, contractors, building inspectors, planners, architects, structural engineers, suppliers, neighbours and of course most importantly, the customers. Applying this level of attention to detail to our projects minimises disruption increases communication and inevitably ensures smooth completion of the project on time and on budget !
